Nissan has introduced its diesel variant of the Sunny with decent features. The Nissan Sunny Diesel comes in two variants which includes Sunny Diesel XL and Sunny Diesel XV. The diesel version of the car is built with a 1.5L, 4 cylinder diesel engine which offers ARAI certified fuel economy of 21.64 kmpl. The Nissan Sunny Diesel gives out a maximum power of 86 bhp at 3,750 rpm and torque of about 200 Nm at 2,000 rpm. The safety features of the car is also too good which includes Antilock Braking System, Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Brake Assist and Driver Airbag as standard across all variants.
