Thunderbird 350X, the upcoming new variant of Royal Enfield’s Thunderbird 350 model is likely to be introduced earlier next year. The new Thunderbird 350X is a more premium version of Thunderbird 350 and mechanically the bike will remain unchanged. Hence, the engine powering the new bike will be the same single-cylinder four-stroke air-cooled engine of the existing Thunderbird 350 model with displacement of 346cc. The fuel-injected BS-IV engine of the bike will churn out peak power and torque outputs of 19.8bhp @ 5250rpm and 28Nm @ 4000rpm respectively. The major upgrades include the dual tone colour shades, the presence of all-new Matte Black Alloy wheels with Tubeless tyres and Matching Reflectors along with the absence of the rear grab rail with back support. The chrome silencer on the standard Thunderbird model has been replaced by a new matte black silencer and also the split seats by a new single-piece seat. The bikes will be getting a glossy black base coating with the fuel tank in contrast vibrant colour options including Yellow, Blue, Red and White. Expect the new Thunderbird 350X to be priced a little higher than the standard model.
