About Honda Dio

The currently available Honda Dio is its 2018 version. Available as Standard and Deluxe variants, the new Dio gets 8 colour options; 4 for the Standard and 4 for the Deluxe variants. Orange, Blue, Yellow and Red colours are available on the Standard variant while the Deluxe variant gets Metallic Yellow, Green, Black and Grey shades. The 2018 Dio features a styling look, new front design, a new 3D emblem, an elegant tail-lamp, increased leg space and wider seat for comfortable riding. The scooter also gets tubeless tyres and combi-brakes which offers enhanced braking efficiency and riding stability. It is powered by the same 110cc engine which powers the Activa and Aviator. The maximum power and torque output of the engine are 8bhp at 7000rpm and 8.91Nm at 5500rpm respectively. The motor of new Dio is offered with the latest cutting-edge technologies that helps the scooter in achieving an impressive mileage of 55 kmpl which is nearly 15% higher than the older Dio. It is available at a price tag of around Rs.52,000 to Rs.54,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
