Hero Destini 125 is available in two variants viz., LX and VX. The design cues are borrowed from the Duet 110cc scooter. The Destini 125 features a sporty styling with a large chrome chest on the apron, dual-tone seat cover, chrome garnishing on the side body panels and alloy wheels. Other goodies include an external fuel-filler cap, analog-digital instrument console with the digital inset displaying the fuel gauge, tripmeter, odometer readings and service indicator, USB charging point and more. Powering the Destini 125 is a new 124.6cc single-cylinder BS6 engine that generates 8.8PS power at 7500rpm and 10.2Nm of peak torque at 5000rpm. Power to the wheels get transmitted via a CVT unit. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks at the front and a hydraulic shock absorber at the rear. The scooter runs on 10-inch wheels shod with 90-section tubeless tyres and also has been equipped with Integrated Braking System (IBS). Hero offers the Destini 125 in Red, Bronze, White and Black colour options. The competitors of the Hero Destini 125 include the Honda Activa 125 and the Suzuki Access 125 scooters.
