Maruti Suzuki has unveiled its awaited Vitara Brezza SUV at the Indian Auto Expo 2016 held at Greater Noida. This all new car will be considered as the first ever sub 4 meter compact SUV expected with a price range between Rs.7 lakh-Rs.10 lakh. If launched in Indian market, it will definitely fight strongly with its similar other cars such as Mahindra TUV300, Ford Ecosport etc.

Maruti Vitara Brezza Exteriors


The new Vitara Brezza looks fantastic with its external styling but it has borrowed from two concepts namely Maruti XA Alpha and iV-4. The front fascia of the vehicle gives a sportive appearance with its masculine slated front grille with a chrome finish treatments which makes the vehicle to stand unique even in big crowd. The signature ‘Bull Horn’ LED light guides with energetic projector headlamps enhances the masculine finish to the front end. Likewise, the ‘Bull Horn’ signature LED light guides are offered at the rear enables the vehicle to be a truly sport star from the front to the rear side. The floating roof design with a contrasting color shows motion adding dynamism which is really great and it offers the vehicle a distinct look from the sea of solid colored spectators. Maruti Vitara Brezza seems to be a home run with its segment first dual tone color combination. A sporty body kit along with its raised stance makes it a true head turner. The side profile of the vehicle is good with its high shoulder line, bold creases and dual finishing 5 spoke, alloy wheels as well as 16 inch tubeless tyres. In addition, the new vehicle has floating C-Pillars, sharply raking windscreen, short overhangs etc.

Talking about its interiors, Vitara Brezza is masculine yet contemporary on the inside and it comes with piano finished accents, comfortable seats and rugged grab handles. Offered with a large windscreen, it is possible to get great visibility as well as a greater driving experience irrespective of the playing conditions. The vehicle has an unique cockpit style instrument cluster with mood lights which helps to change the color of the lights in order to match your mood. While talking about its interior cabin, the car gets plenty of space with comfortable shoulder and headroom providing flexibility through 60:40 split, flip foldable rear seats and flat bed which makes the room suited for the largest of sports kits. It could be easily able to accommodate five passengers with the boot storage capacity of 378 litres. The higher end variant of the car is well incorporated with a Smartplay infotainment with Apple CarPlay and cruise control system, entertainment system with navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.

Engine Specification


Maruti Vitara Brezza will come only in diesel engine in which it features a 1.3 litre Multijet motor churning out the maximum power of 73.94bhp at 4000rpm and maximum torque of 200Nm at 2000rpm mated to a five speed manual gearbox. Actually this powertrain is borrowed from the sedan Ciaz. It is expected to offer a healthy mileage in the range of 23kmpl – 25kmpl.

Maruti Vitara Brezza Brakes and Suspensions


The all new Maruti Vitara Brezza is likely to have disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear for immediate stopping of the vehicle. Similarly, the vehicle will be offered with McPherson Strut suspension at the front and Multi Link suspension at the rear for easy handling of the vehicle. Additionally, it may have hydraulic power assisted rack and pinion steering type enhancing the handling of the vehicle. The vehicle is expected to be provided with excellent gripping tire of size 215/60 R16 with steel wheels.

Same engine and performance seen in Ertiga

Hi, I have recently went for a Vitara Brezza test drive. It looks really great but the interiors of the vehicle seems to be very bored that the car has the same key same door knob same material used in swift. Talking about its engine performance, it resembles ertiga and ride quality, handling like swift. So, I dont think it is value for money

Excellent Exterior Car - Maruti Vitara Brezza

Friends, Maruti Vitara Brezza is really a nice car packed with lot of exciting features. Even we can buy the car for its stylish fantastic awesome exteriors. Because the exterior is well decorated with daytime running lights, projector headlamps, LED tail lights, smart chrome grille and a set of large 16 inch wheels. Its attractive color options makes everybody to prefer this car. The colors available for the car includes Blazing Red, Fiery Yellow, Cerulean Blue, Red with Black roof/Yellow or Blue with White roof. As per my view, the new Vitara Brezza is a competitive car to its rivals like Ford Ecosport and Mahindra TUV300.

SUV with no new engine

I am a great fan of Maruti cars but the recently launched Vitara Brezza seems to be a disappointment product from the brand. Maruti Vitara Brezza is a good product but slightly overpriced. At this cost, the car does not have excellent performance engine which is a main drawback. So, Pls people better to go for any other car compared to this and dont waste money buying this car.
