The Czech automaker Skoda is planning to bring its high performance Octavia vRS model on to the Indian shores.It will be available in two engine options-petrol and diesel. Powering the petrol variant is a 2.0-litre turbocharged unit that is rated at 217PS of max power, while the diesel variant will be served by a 2.0-litre TDI engine that is rated at 182PS. Both engines could be mated to either a 6-Speed manual gearbox or a 6-Speed dual-clutch transmission with optional paddle shifters.
