I bought TVS WEGO on 21st September 2012 from Annapurna TVS, Siliguri. We have taken in loan but it comes around Rs. 84, 000 for 3 years but still we did not get the blue book and the bank details. And we went for 1st free service - just they changed the oil and the charged Rs. 2555/- and no proper water wash even done on 13th October 2012. Is it the way the company deals with the customer ?

helo sir /mam i m hapy ur company made wego . that is gud scooty. par m is ki service se hapy ni hun. miene yaha se wego li hi tab se mujhe provblem hi hui . mujhe 7 month k ander bettry chaze karwani padi and 2 time plug chaze karwaya . pata ni mujhe q lagta hi mujhe defect pices mila hi. mine tamilnadu k showrum m bi compalint ki thi unhone kha tha apko new model mi jayega par jammu k delars ne mana kar diya. mujhe wego bahout pasand aayi hi. mine khud apne frndz ko wego lene ko kha hi par mujhe bhaout dhukh hi mujhe gud model ni mila.asha karti hun aap meri feeling ko samjhe ge. thax
