Guys I am having a Hyundai Sonata 2010 model which is really a nice sedan for a family. It makes me to feel like seating on a big car which is quite comfortable. But the interior electronic components like power window activator and seat adjustment motor are of poor quality. The power gearbox is also low quality and it started jerking while it crossed 20,000 kms. I got the fuel efficiency of around 10-12 kmpl but it has pretty riding quality. For me, Hyundai Sonata is a nice comfortable car with a decent price range but the resale value of the car is not attractive. But the company could improve a little bit over exterior styling, gearbox transmission and usage of quality electronic components.
I am one of the owner of Hyundai Sonata and I have chosen this vehicle for its excellent shape. The exterior is really awesome but the interior features, space and comfort are very average. The vehicle has a low seating arrangement and front left seat has no height adjustment option. In addition, there is no sunroof and many other important features in the same segment. Hyundai Sonata drive is not so much smooth and it always gives a jerky effect. The steering of the vehicle is really poor and the it has poor air conditioning unit. According to me, the vehicle has complete beauty with less brain. It should improve fuel efficiency, steering handling, ride quality etc.
Hyundai Sonata is one of the best looking car in its segment and like it exclusively for its stylish appearance. The car has been designed with its fluidic design philosophy which is quite good. It has lot of good features including parking sensors, reverse camera, traction control, rear AC. For better performance, the vehicle has been powered by a 2.4litre petrol engine offering more power and torque. The steering of the vehicle is really very sharp. It needs to improve its boot space, ride quality. Overall, it is a good gift from Hyundai.
