I have purchased a FIGO ZXI on 18th JAN, 2011 from Narain Ford, Lucknowis a very nice Car indeed, but the Lucknow Workshop is demanding Rupees 1000 to 1500 on the FIRST FREE SERVICE, in the name of oil or other liquids change charges, WHY?
Because the OIL CHANGE is NOT REQUIRED, as this vehicle has travelled only 490 kms.till today (23rd APR,2011) This car is to be serviced (1st Free)on 25th APR,2011.
Kindly Instruct atonce the Lucknow Workshop (FORD) Incharge, not to change unnecessarily any oil or liquid, in my car Regd. No- UP32-DP-1566
