Ford India prepares to unveil the 2011 Ford Fiesta Classic in India shortly by replacing the outgoing Ford Ikon and other being 2011 Fiesta Sedan. Ford Fiesta Classic is the deglam version of the outgoing Ford Fiesta repositioned by the automaker as the entry level sedan pitted against the other affordable sedans in the segment such as Maruti Swift Dzire and Tata Manza. Fiesta Classic will come in two engine options, namely, a 1.6 L 100 Bhp Duratec Petrol engine and a 1.4 L 68 Bhp Duratorq Diesel engine. Ford Fiesta Classic will offer some of the luxury features such as body color rear view mirror and door handles, fog lamps, chrome garnishes and plush interior material had to bid a good-bye to the sedan. The Fiesta today competes with the Hyundai Accent, Chevrolet Aveo, Maruti SX4, Honda City and Hyundai Verna.
