BMW 5 series Pictorial Review Interiors

1) BMW 5 series 523i with doors open: the BMW 5 Series Sedan’s standard run-flat tyres are capable of being driven long distances even after a puncture. Because of this the need for a spare tyre is eliminated, reducing weight and freeing boot space on every single journey. In addition, the standard Tyre Pressure Indicator (TPI) warns the driver whenever there is a fall in tyre pressure. However to suit indian conditions you can fit a spare tyre in the boot but at your own cost.

4) BMW 5 series 525d the ultimate driver’s car has everything you want in a dash also
BMW have taken the notion that electronics should aid rather than replace manual systems and the active steering system is a good example. Rather than developing the sort of pure drive-by-wire systems that often isolate the driver from road feedback, BMW has instead developed a set-up that maintains a link between the front wheels and the steering wheel but which adjusts the power assistance dependent upon speed and yaw rate

They can also be worked through the iDrive controller using a dial linked to a dash-mounted display. Under the drivers armrest you can attach bluetooth equipements), electronic key(a regular key is embedded inside the electronic setup) and iDrive(iDrive’s user interface consists of a LCD panel mounted in the dashboard and a controller knob mounted on the center console. iDrive allows the driver and front-seat passenger to control such amenities as the climate (air conditioner and heater), the audio system (radio and CD player), the navigation system and communication system)
