Royal Enfield Review

By Rahul

Good: Comfortable for long rides

Bad: Retro appearance

My bike is also Enfield Classic 350cc and i rode it for nearly 4000kms. Actually, it has a high value in Indian market for its brand and it is very old manufacturer and people felt very emotion with the brand. Eventhough I have used some sportive bikes such as Pulsar 135LS, Honda CBR 250, Hero Karizma ZMR etc., I felt something very different with this bike. The sportive bikes are not suited for long rides but this Classic 350cc is quite comfortable for long rides.

Not an apt bike

Good: Good riding experience

Bad: Waste of money and time

Friends, I have purchased Classic 350 on May 2012. At the beginning of the purchase, its riding experience was really unbelievable but later i found very difficult to use the bike. It often creates problem and the battery became very poor and its maintenenance cost is becoming very high. For these reasons, I sold my bike after 1.5 year at low cost. As per my wish, it is better to go for old restored model if you are a great fan of royal enfield bikes. It is really a waste of money and time for buying new enfields.
