  1. Hey Dude, I am proud owner of Apache RTR 160 FI, It is the best in 150/160 CC class(not compare to R15), no one can beat. If you compare RTR 160, 160FI, 180 then: RTR 160 – 65K – Good pickup compare to HH, bajaj bikes (150 CC). RTR 160 FI – 75K – Smooth, good pick-up and mileage(50), smother than 160 & 180. RTR 180 – 72K – Good initial pick-up and better than bajaj 180.

  2. hey ..i hav one apache rtr fi since last 2 mnths or more… I m really happy wid ma bike…..diff..sound than 160 rtr and 180,great pick up,n mileage 48-52…as bcause i m muvin inside the city only .. i hav taken highest speed of 118 km/hr n believe me guys …i njyed it as thr was not much vibration … nyone goin to hav a bike in 150 to 180 cc ,uv for 160 FI …u will also rock.

  3. evry things r okay butas u & i consider it a sports bike it should have a REAR 17 INCHES RIM ALLOY as all other really sports HAVE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  4. Hey.. I have been experiencing apche rtr 160 since last 4 months, awesome performnace, good pick up 0 to 60 in just 4.5 seconds, it good for wheeliee and stoppie, good handling and balance easy to drive in traffic..there is some common problem to this bike also, a little bit vibration on handle bar and foot rest above 70km,false nutral indication and small pillion seat,, I enjoy my bike ,,, thank you tvs

  5. Im planning to buy a RTR 160 FI or RTR 180 before Jan.2010. It would be great if you answer me the below questions. Is the RTR 180 vibrating at lower speeds (60-80kmph). Bcause thats wat i found searching the web about the bike. And is the vibrations a bit of a bother?. Also can you tell what mileage are u getting from ur RTR 180? Which will u suggest in buying? RTR 160 Fi or RTR 180 ??? Thanks in advance

  7. u better go for RTR Fi its awesome, i had apache 180 but compared to 160 Fi it has some problem like more vibration, less milege, and no more diffrence than apache 160 Fi which has 0.5 bhp more than the casual RTR 160

  8. Hi,Friends i have a apache 160 of latest and i love my bike very much . its is a best two wheeler of (150 cc) compared to other . perfect road grip , balancing and speed . i have driven my bike at a speed of 134 kmph . thank u for TVS

  9. Hello dudes!! Plez help me in. I am in a bit of confusion. Planning to purchase a bike within the 10of this month. I have surveyed the good known indian bikes within the 200 range. Yamaha R15 doesn’t fall under my budget. I love the YamahaFz16. Its really a fun ridin, but its a bit down for the fuel exonomy it delivers. Pulsers seems to be plying here and deh. So even NO to Pulsers. My confusion rests on choosing the Apache 160 RTR or Apache 180 RTR. The latters known for slight handle vivrations. Fuel economy is an issue though but over 45+ i’m a happy guy. I got to know from the Showroom that there isn’t much difference between the fuel economy between these two. Plez help me out guys.

  10. I’ve heard that Apache RTR FI has some problem as it has no carborator? Is it True… Plz suggest me, I’m planning to buy it.

  11. Hello guys one of my friend purchased an apache rtr 160 FI at 1 year ago and since i was impressed by the performance of RTR i got a new bike Which is just Apache RTR 160. There is no much difference between 160 RTR and 160 RTR FI. You get the Corburator in normal RTR 160 and without corburator in Apache RTR FI. I know evry one are experts in making decisions but just think about this, when there is a serious problem with the corburator or any engine relate issues it is possible to fix it manually in Apache RTR 160 but it is not the case in Apache RTR 160 FI because all the engine settings and corburator related issues are to be solved using the help of computers and there should be a minimum of 5 litres of fuel in your tank for the FI engine to prove it smooth and sexy. But Apache RTR 160 is a all rounder no such kind of compulsions and i agree that there is a variations in Bhp which is of 0.5 Bhp which makes no sense with FI. Just ride tha bike, dont take the risk!

  12. hey guys i have apache rtr160 in yellow, its looks cool. the guys who are planning to buy apache, i suggest rtr 160 is the best bike compare to 160fi or 180, becoz i think that y shud go for 180 or fi if ur by is giving u milage upto 50. & gud pickup. 160fi has fuel injector as compare to 160rtr has carborater. fuel injection is hard to repair as carbortor can easyly repair. if ur going to buy 180rtr it nice as per ur bubget u can go for it but it thing rtr180 cant give u milage upto 45. if u want to buy rtr 180 1st confirm the milage then buy. if u have no matter with milage then u can go for it. best bike rtr 160.

  13. i have tvs rtr160 fairly telling i drove at 129 km in delhi jaipur highway for more than 18 km ,sound was nice no prob.with brakes.i have 180 pulase but hard in handling but apache is nice in 150 segment

  14. Hello , Please let me know when Apache RTR Fi 180 is going to launch.?? Any also the best service centre for the TVS Fi engines bike in delhi..

  15. Apache rtr 160 is nice looking and the faster bike in this segment. but Apache rtr 160 Fi is the problemetic bike .

  16. hi guys…acc to my knwldg rtr 180 cc is the best bike in whole segment. but mileage is poor. but to gain somthng u hav to somthng. rtr 180 gives u a great performance. olso it is better than pulsar 180. but pulsar 180 is also best in this segment. guys its up to u. whether u choose tvs or bajaj.

  17. hi guys….i wanna buy apache rtr 160 fi….but i hear ppl talking a lot abt vibrations and apache’s riding position is not comfortable…also the suspension is on the stiffer side…how serious are these issues…? but still i wanna go out n buy rtr 160 fi ….pls help me out….:) thanks in advance:)

  18. if u want raw power and performance then blindly go to apache rtr 180 coz it has 17.3 bhp of power which provide 0-60 in just 4.15 second which fastest in india upto 220 cc including r15 , pulsar 220 and karizma r/zmr.. also it has a top speed of 138 kmph.. it got 17 inch 110/80 tyre which provide more grip and very good accelaration . its handling is awesome. its engine can easily handle more tuning and performance modifications….. but if u want mixture of all (good power, pickup, top speed, mileage ) then go to apache rtr 160 carb version because it provides all and also suits ur pocket . 160 fi has computer programmed fi system and engine which is very complicated and is serviced only at authorised service centre which is available only in major cities, also spare parts of 160cc fi version is not available easily everywhere. accelaration and top speed in both carb and fi 160 has a very slight difference… also fi version is 10000 bucks more expensive than carb 160 cc version. K and N air filter and iridium spark plugs take ur bike to the next level.

  19. Hey I am planning to buy a new bike! I am confused as I like both Apache RTR 160 fi and RTR 180. Which is better? Please help me.

  20. See guys rtr 160 and rtr 160 fi are good in 150 cc segment bikes. But rtr 180 is ahead , much more power, much more cc , much more torque. The performance of rtr 180 is ossam and great.RTR 160 top speed is 118 kmph , RTR 160 FI 120 kmph , but RTR 180 its 125 kmph.. APACHE RTR 180 ROCKSSS…..

  21. Hey Its One of the best bikes that i luv after HH CBZ old model… Feels the same pickup and power wise… Apache RTR rocks..

  22. hey friends, never confuse with rtr family itself.these are very good bikes. the persons whose bike is not a bike but heart of them they can go for 160 fi. it is a very nice bike .but it is not suitable for a persons in remote areas.they can go for 180 or 160 carb one. i am using fi since 1 year & bike runs approx 11000 odd kms. trust me its a awesome bike i had no problem even a false start in -4 to 50 degrees. performancewise it is not far ahead of 160 & not far behind 180,but quality of riding is far ahead of others. those peoples who bothered about its repairing issues with help of computers its fault finding will be 100% correct.

  23. Hi Guys, Im planning buy a bike either Apache or pulsar. Having a confusion to get a bike in that..because pulsar looks so beautiful and also it gives more mileage compare to apache but as per your comments everyone is saying about apache..Can any one please suggest me which one is best to buy on 2010 Jan? Regards, Kishore V

  32. hi, i own APACHE 160 FI bought 16 months ago. it gives a good mileage of 50-53 kmpl and max speed in it is 125kmph, the main thing is u should change the oil on every 2500km proper maintainance is required, and avoid servicing in tvs showrooms because tey knw nothing xcept selling bikes…
