LOHIA AUTO IS GOING FOR PRODUCT PORTFOLIO EXPANSION

Lohia Auto Industries, an automobile division of 700 crore Lohia Global will be launching series of products to increase its products portfolio with the launch of new CNG, diesel and electric vehicles.

At present Lohia Auto manufactures Electric & Diesel vehicles comprises Two and Three Wheelers. The Company is planning to increase the numbers of product profilio from 10 to 15 by end of this fiscal with introducing new categories and variants in Diesel/Electric three wheelers.

This leading electric vehicle manufacturer in India, is eyeing a turnover of Rs 500 crore in the next Two years. It has already lined up an investment of around Rs 10 crore for its CNG vehicles which is a completely new vertical to its current offering of vehicles which at present comprises of electric two wheeler, electric three wheelers and diesel-powered three-wheeler.

“We are aiming to achieve a turnover of Rs. 500 from our auto division by 2020. Our current portfolio and new launches over the coming quarter will help us achieve this number and set the ball rolling” said, Mr Ayush Lohia, CEO Lohia Auto Industries.

To increase its manufacturing capacity, the company is also planning to set up new state of art plant in one of the states in southern or western India. Moreover the new plant will also boost the company’s presence, reduce logistics time and cost. With an investment of over INR 100 Crore, the new plant will be equipped with the sector’s latest technology. Proposals and plans are already being invited for exploring some good options for setting up the second plant in this region.

“With the new state of art plant the production capacity could be further enhanced to around One lakh two-wheeler units and about 60 thousand three-wheelers.

Bajaj Auto launches new Discover 110 & 125

Bajaj Auto today announced the launch of new premium executive Discover 110 and Discover 125. With new stylish looks, powerful performance and a first-in-class double LED DRLs (Day Running Lights) headlamps. TVS Motor launches Matte Series for TVS Victor Premium Edition with additional features

Hero Unveils The New Passion Pro, Passion Xpro And Super Splendor

The New Passion PRO

The New Super Splendor

Targeted at young professionals, the new Super Splendor ticks all the right boxes with its best-in-class performance and stability. This is in addition to the trust, reliability and fuel efficiency that are distinct to the Splendor brand.

The powerful commuter comes with a new Air-Cooled, 4-stroke single Cylinder OHC 125cc TOD (Torque-on-Demand) engine that also features the highly efficient and proven Hero i3S technology. The engine produces a maximum power output of 8.4 (11.4) kW (PS) @ 7500 rpm and maximum torque of 11 Nm @6000 rpm.

The motorcycle offers 27% more power and 6% more torque than its previous generation. The bike reaches a maximum speed of 94 km/h.

The motorcycle also comes packed with a series of utility and comfort features, such as All Time Headlamp On (AHO), Side Stand Indicator, wider Rear Tyre, updated seat profile and side Reflector, largest under seat storage in class with additional storage in front under the tank etc.

Isuzu Motors India Private Limited (IMI) is showcasing the new ISUZU D-MAX Reefer and Dry Box applications at the India Cold Chain Show, being held at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai, between 12th-14th December, 2017. Farmtrac unveils Global Tractor Series designed by Studio F. A. Porsche

Farmtrac Tractors Europe, leading International tractor producer, today unveiled its latest global tractor portfolio ranging from 20-120 HP, at Agritechnica 2017, including the first electric tractor produced by Indian parent company Escorts Ltd.

Named NETS (New Escorts Tractor Series) the newest Farmtrac tractors are fully compliant with EPA Tier 4 emission regulations, and designed with simplicity for farm applications at each power level. Styling by Studio F. A. Porsche brings the range a unique blend of style and comfort, providing a complete new look and aesthetics for today’s global farmers.

The range includes the flagship NETS models, offering power ratings from 70 to 90 HP; compact tractors in 22 to 30 HP options; crossover tractors designed to appeal to both on-farm and haulage applications, and tractors with cabin options for added driving comfort.

Today at Agritechnica, Farmtrac also introduced EPA Tier 4 emission regulations compliant CRDi engines, previously limited to cars and naturally-aspirated machines, which the company says will meet customer demands from the United States, Europe, Latin America, Africa and ASEAN countries, as well as the growing numbers of ‘new generation’ farmers in its domestic Indian market.
