The German car maker, Volkswagen plans to launch the CrossPolo by 21th August. It has already completed testing at ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India) centre in Pune and it receives the approval certificate.
The CrossPolo will come with silver anodised roof rails,plastic body cladding, new front and rear bumpers, a silver diffuser at the rear and 16-inch alloy wheels. The dimension of the CrossPolo is increased than the Polo and it’s also 10 kg heavier than the normal Polo.
It gets 1.2 liter diesel engine which is already employed on the Polo. It will come with only one variant. The company also plans to bring another one variant by late 2014.We can expect the price of CrossPolo is Rs 70,000-80,000 more than the Polo.
