Expect the Hero’s latest HX250R in November

It has been revealed that the Hero  MotoCorp has planned to launch the latest Hero HX250R in the month of November.It is a light-weight,stunner and powerful quarter litre motorcycle from the company’s stable as the joint venture of Hero Motocorp, America’s Eric Buell Racing (EBR), AVL (Austria) and Engines Engineering..A 249 cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine churning out 31 PS of peak power  and  26Nm of torque rating.For the first time,Hero found to sport out a six-speed constant mesh transmission unit to which the mill gets mated to it.The fuel capacity would hold up to 12.5 litres. Hero HX250R  weighing at 139 kg tends to supply an impressive power to weight ratio of 223PS/ton,thus producing 6PS more than Honda CBR250R .Twin telescopic hydraulic shock absorbers  comes at the  front,while the rear end gets monoshock absorber.The Hx250R gets 17×2.75 inch alloy wheel up front with 110/80R – 17 rubber and 17 x 4.0 inch alloy wheels with 140/70R-17 rubber on the rear wheel.The common thing that unites both the front and rear is the tubeless tyres that shield these tyres.Its prominent features include twin-headlights, large windscreen and under seat exhaust.Further,tubular chassis and trellis shaped swing arm adds as a spice to its design. It is expected to arrive at a cost starting from Rs1.50 lakhs.
