The recall is to rectify the problem related to the engine and it is not safety related. It stopped the production and sales of the diesel variants on June 3 due to the issue of 1.3 liter diesel engine. This voluntary recall is to solve the issue at the crankshaft hub bolt.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.vicky.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sail-front.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.vicky.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sail-front.jpg\" alt=\"sail-front\" width=\"466\" height=\"350\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-18283\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vicky.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sail-front.jpg 466w, https:\/\/www.vicky.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/09\/sail-front-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 466px) 100vw, 466px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>General Motors, Vice President, P Balendran said,&#8221;Our customers are at the centre of everything we do&#8230; Quality is our highest priority. However, if there is an issue, we ensure that it is corrected as soon as possible as part of our complete commitment to customer satisfaction&#8221; <\/p>\n<p>He added, \u201cThe company is notifying customers individually how and when to bring in their vehicles for inspection.
