Ashok Leyland rolled out its new truck Boss in two variants namely LX and LE with a price range between Rs.10.5-Rs.12 lakhs respectively. The LX variant of Boss is fitted with a 130hp common rail diesel engine mated to an automated manual transmission while the LE variant comes with a 120hp H-Series BS3 engine mated to a six speed manual gearbox. This truck is well packed with lot of exciting features including adjustable seats, factory fitted music system, mobile phone charger, more storage space as well as Quarter vent. In addition to the above features, it also has magazine pouch, mobile, cup, bottle and coin holder, interior LED light and driver kit. To enhance the safety, the vehicle has a full air, dual line, s-cam brakes along with wider brake line spacing for immediate halting of the vehicle. The vehicle gives more comfort with the telescopic steering, optional blower, hydraulic cabin lift etc.
