After selling 25,890 units of the Logan in India Renault plans to drive the sedan into the overseas market.“We are exploring right-hand drive markets like South Asia, and Africa amongst others to export the Logan. We plan to start exports this year,” said Mr Nalin Mehta, Chief Operating Officer, Mahindra-Renault. Mahindra-Renault also plans to offer Logan in the CNG and the LPG variant by the end of 2008. “There is a growing demand for gas-based variants and we would make it available in the coming months and in certain cities it would be available earlier,” said Mr Mehta.

Yes, Logan’s CNG/LPG variants were due for a long time, one wouldn’t mind paying the extra 60k for the increase in gas mileage..you can read more about them at

I am planning to buy Mahindra Logan .. but after reading this I am thinking to wait for another 2-3 months.

Hello i m tired about to get choice to buy a new car please give me information when mahindra CNG version introduce in market so please i did wait to long time now tell me perfect date to coming in market because i was wait to much if in this month its not go on plan to put by company in december .i will but the maruti wagon-r model dou .it is same model in compitative market so please give right information which day they introduce or put the cng model december but which date perfect tell me if anybody know otherwise you know indian people they dont wait to change thems mind this point happens all indian mind.this december end of rthis month there is all company has own good scheme and deal so common be sure on yr time that you gave us dream mahindra manager i dont know who is he? okkkkkkkk then otherwise byyyy byyy mahindracng logan..it would be fiture planning other company sorry to disturb company but this is my INDIA …
