    Dear Rajeev,

I am eagerly waiting for the launch of Fiat LINEA and would like to know when this would be available through out India, as I am from Kerala.
I was bowled over by this car from the First time I saw it in Turkey auto show and prayed that this car should be launched in India. Thank God!! My prayers were heard. But now this waiting period, but patience bears its Fruits, isnt it?
Please do not delay this any further, at least hoping that this would be launched in Dec, before Christmas.
What I would like to know is, would there be ‘FIAT’ owned service centres or would it be through ‘TATA’ service centres. FIAT should have their own service centres especially with such sophisticated cars with lot of these sensors, etc.
Anyway, Wishing this car a good and successful launch that would leave the other cars tracking behind in the ong run…!!!

    Hi,

This is a gem of a car. Many people are eagerly waiting for its launch. But the launch is being delayed due to strange strategies of the company. Then, to await pleasure is a pleasure in itself. Isn’t it ?
One question: From what all say, I can figure out that Fiat will launch cars 1200 to 1400 cc range. I am surprised why they are not planning to launch the cars with 1600cc engines especially when 1600 Palio is available ?

    regards,
    DJ

    Dear Rajeev,

I have bought Fiat linea Emotion Pk Petrol on 7th Oct 09. Since the initial polishging and matting were pendings to be done (which were part of the purchase dela with your dealer M/s. Wasan Motors., Borivali, I had gone to their showroom on 10th Oct 09 from whe=ich I was directed to their workshop.

The car was handed over to their custody for required treatment and installations. When i cam back for taking the car, i was surprised to know that my car was stolen from their premises and custody. FIR was registered by them for the theft of my car.

As a customer, without any fault of mine I am as on date suffering since there is no response from Wasan Motors on the matter. I have been doing numerous rounds to their office and workshop but to no avail.

They are offering me some arrangments whereby I have to undergo sizeble amount of financial expense for negligence at their end. I have written to you twice on your site but as on date there seems to be no revert on the matter.

Requesting you to please help me in the matter.

Expecting a quick action on the matter.

    Regards,

    Riaz
