Passion Plus looks awesome but the only thing that makes me not go for the bike is the fact that it doesn’t have an electric start.

I ANIL BHUTANI S/o SHRI Ramji Dass Bhutani Res-295 Sant Nagar East Of Kailash New Delhi 110065 , purchased my first bike and you know that was a HERO HONDA in 1987 cost was 15,124/- DBW 8579.DL3S-4179,DNF -4043 ,DL3SF-6899 ,DAA -4379DL3SN-3387 ,NOW DL9S M 6234 more than 07 bike I sold after one or two year driving and all that was HERO HONDA .
But bad day for me that was 30 / 03 /2005 when I bought Super Splender, you know why ?
1 Center stand problem after two and five months no progress
2 Cylyncer problem first time in 20 years period
3 Smoking
4 Average not more than 40 to 55 in two year period .
5 Poor pick up
6 Handle lock problem one side

just go for Hero Honda’s bike.. don’t do experiments with your passion. and go for passion plus, as far as I know the engine quality of Hero honda, is not beatable…and tell me which you purchase.

dont do any expriments go for passion plus solid bike with good mileage more than 65 after running few kilomtrs

go for it price 49500 current then also depend on seller what they offer you

but hero honda is doing the best in 100cc bike rest all are faltu and bakwas

I think 100cc bikes are more than enough for middle class families. My brother is using splendor since 2005 and has completed 29,000 kms, so far maintainence is just just Rs. 1920/- including rear brake liner change at 20,000 kms. All bills are preserved by my brother.

My cousin changed clutch plates, spark plugs, disc pads of his Pulsar when the bike was just 11800kms, single bill (within free service and warranty period) came to Rs.1800/-.

That’s the difference b/w Hero Honda and Bajaj.

I dont knw, why people r crazy for Hero Honda bikes. First of all, Hero Honda has been using the sAME engine & frame from the CD 100.The old Splendor,Passion, Splendor , Passion & now the Pro got the same engine. U’ll find nothing nEW. Its feel different bcz of the wEIGHT only.

The sAME 97cc engine.I got a Boxer CT which has a 99cc engine & weights 107kg; Splendor weights 101kg & still inside the city it gives 85kmpl & out in the open Highway it gives 100 kmpl.No Hero Honda bike can give such a milege.

My Boxer costed me only 34thsnd in the year 2002 when Splendor’s rate was 45thsnd.The old Splendor did’nt hav a Multi-Reflector Head lamp whereas,my Boxer came fitted wth a Multi Replector Head lamp.

My Boxer has a wider tyre & Splendor has thinner tyres in both the wheels.
