Mahindra and Mahindra would formally announce about its new joint venture with Kinetic motors. The JV called ‘Mahindra – Kinetic’ will manufacture two wheelers. Mahindra would hold an 80 percent stake in the new firm, with Kinetic holding the rest. More details are awaited
