the bike is good, only constraint, its good up to 50Kmph speed, beyond that it starts to vibrate. its really a very good bike for starters.
Another important thing. pls choose a correct dealer for your purchase. I was about to book in Vishnu Motor Plaza, but i was treated very carelessly leaving total frustration. a sales rep should respect the customer first and proceed for the sale.
In this regard, Southern Auto Centre, near Nandanam signal is really good.
The engine used in Cd deluxe 2007 model is same as Cd100 which is same in Splendor NXG.
Finally i got my bike. Its long wait to get it. Registration is not complete, so i have been asked to come again. That’s Ok! At the time of confirmation i have asked to include side handle free, i got a positive reply orally not in confirmation. when i got my bike i found the side handle missing, also the quality of accessories provided is not up to the mark, seat covers are loose due to over size, tank bag is poor in appearance and quality. when i asked for side handle the guy told me i have to pay extra cost for that. on hearing this i stunned and i realised that i was fooled tactically. so what i would say to everybody is get it everything in writing instead of oral. Accessories are generally low in quality. you can get the same helmet in market at Rs 350/- instead they are charing 750/-
Now let me give a positive about the bike,
# It comes with a alloy wheel
# the engine used is same in Cd100, passion plus, Splendor NXG,
# built in helmet lock
# fuel guage, but it shows empty even when 2 litres in tank
# can be fit to be speeded up to 60kmph, beyond that engine will start to vibrate
# poor road grip in front tyre
# no button start, only kick start
# for side stand lock you have to buy separate NAVTAL lock.
# head light low and upbeam doesn’t make significant difference.
overall if you decided to buy a 100cc bike, its a sure one, no need to spend huge on others.

finally i got the number plate today. the accessories what they assure to give, gave them after i paid for them. before purchase its agreed to give it as free, later after i got the bike they told that i have to pay. this is what is really going on.
so guys i would say confirm everything in writing. choose a good dealer who respects you.

I have purchase CD Deluxe – Spoke Wheel with Self Start, But one question in my mind, which CD Deluxe is good for ride: 1 is with Spoke Wheel or 2 is with Alloy Wheel. Please tell me the difference between spoke wheel & alloy wheel.

I am in plan of purchasing CD Delux self start, with alloy wheel…. I have contacted many showroom in chennai. Didn’t got any favourable response abt the availability. Is that model readily available in the market. If it is availble pl. give us the showroon where it is available.
Also i mailed this as sales query in hero honda website also. Till now i didn’t get any reply after passing 2 weeks also.

My father has this bike.It seems to be much better than my splendor . It has everything that splendor doesnt have -good headlight,wider seat and better styling.
The bike really vibrates when ridden over 50kmph! I think splendor is better than this.
