Mitsubishi, the Japanese auto maker plans to introduce a new small car in India christened the Mirage. In Thailand, the sales of this new Mirage will commence from next month onwards. Mirage has two engine range options both coupled with a CVT transmission. One will be a 1-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine and the other will be a 1.2-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine. The car has a very good fuel efficiency and is expected to offer an impressive mileage of 30kmpl. Mitsubishi offers the car with a start-stop system in order to maximize the mileage, minimize the emissions and to save the fuel thus making it a very good fuel efficient car. Mirage is a light weight car which features an aerodynamic body and low-friction tyres. It can seat around five adult passengers and approximately measures around 3710mm of length, 1665mm of width and 1490mm of height. |
