2012 TVS Apache RTR – Technical Specifications

The new Apache RTR facelift of TVS Motors is to hit the Indian roads soon. The 2012 Apache RTR features new headlamp design and bigger scoops. The styling of the bike looks updated with a new headlight fairing and new decals. The new upcoming RTR features a 4-stroke,single cylinder engine with a displacement of 159.7cc. The engine will churn out a peak power of 15.2bhp at 8500rpm and a maximum torque of 13.1Nm at 6000rpm. The maximum spped of the bike is 118kmph. The other complete details of the technical specifications of the new RTR are given in the upcoming images of this slideshow. The bike will toughly compete with Pulsar 200NS and Honda CBR250R. Sources informed that TVS may launch the new Apache RTR at a price of just Rs.5000 more than its predecessor. |
