Refund and cancellation policy:
Product not in stock: We will refund full payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on the website but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Service Team will send an e-mail to the customer, and on obtaining his consent initiate the refund process. There may be situations where a customer has ordered several products, and one or more of those products are not in stock. In such cases, the customer will be refunded the cost of products not available. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder\\\'s credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder\\\'s issuing bank.
Damaged Product: Kindly make sure to inspect the item condition before accepting the item from courier company / delivery person and signing their receipt. Incase of any signs of pilferage or tampering or item is damaged or short then, please do not accept the package. It is incumbent upon the customer to bring the damage to the notice of the courier at the time of delivery. Please note that the replacement is dependent on the report submitted by the courier, and the nature of damage. So, please check the product at the time of delivery, and if unsatisfied make a complaint to the delivery person. Also inform the our Customer Service(firstname.lastname@example.org) immediately so that necessary steps may be taken. If the product is used or damaged by the customer, no refund will be provided. The buyer is responsible for returning the product safely to us with the best possible courier company. The buyer will have to bear the expense of courier / transportation for returning the product to Vicky.in. We will only accept a return, if the factory seal of an item is not opened. If the product is not factory sealed, then also it must be returned intact, unused and in same condition as received. If the seals are broken or item has been used, We may deny the return without rendering a reason. Subsequent courier costs shall be borne by the buyer. Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage; damaged / torn out box, missing manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any box that is not the original box will not be accepted and will be returned to buyer.
You can cancel an order within 2 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund if the order is cancelled within 2
hours from the receipt of payment. If you would like to cancel an order after 2 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If the cancellation is after your product has shipped, courier the product to the address given below and inform us the same through Phone / Email. Customer has to ensure the safety of the product while returning. Within 2 days of receiving your shipment in good condition, we will arrange for a refund of your original order cost excluding the shipping costs and 10% processing charge and admin charge. Request you to ensure that the items not be taken out of the original package to avail the cancellation. If a custom order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 2 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment. Should customers come across any issue such as incorrect product, they are advised to return the within 5 working days, failing which we may decide not take a request for replacement or refund. Do note that the product has to reach us in perfect and unused condition.
Return Policy for custom orders:
Customer orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website by email. Vicky.in will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we take photographs/note of each measurement part of the product and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library. We do not accept returns or exchanges of custom orders. Popular Custom Products include Bike Fairing, Bike body kits, Bike Muffler, Car Body Kits, Car Seat Cover, Car Door Pad and all leather fabric items.
