Ford Endeavour 2014 Review
One of the giant four wheeler manufacturer Ford is in the plan to kick off its next generation Endeavour very soon with an expected price of around Rs.9,18,000. The Endeavour 2014 will be provided with the Everest concept which will be totally different. The new car will satisfy demands of every budget and taste in India. It would create a very tough competition to similar other cars such as Toyota Fortuner, Mahindra XUV 500 and many more.
The Endeavour 2014 is expected to look more stylish compared to its previous car which can be able to hold seating capacity for seven adults in comfortable manner. The car gets a boxy design in order to enhance the muscular appearance of the car and it will have a rectangular chrome grille like the Ford Ecosport which makes way for a hexagonal unit.
The front fascia looks very strong and it features a bright head lamp along with fog lamps for better visibility during night time ride. It will be offered with a decent dashboard with a lot of instruments which helps the driver to be updated with the vital information of the car. The total profile of the Ford Endeavour 2014 will be completely different from the existed Endeavour with an aerodynamic form finished with a flick on the window line and a sharp crease across the doors. The rear is fitted with windshield and it has lot of useful safety features.
The Endeavour will come in two engines namely 2.5 litre TDCI diesel and 3.0 litre TDCI diesel. The 2.2 litre common rail diesel engine will churn out the maximum power output of 170 bhp and maximum torque of 400 Nm. Both the engines will feature variable geometry turbocharger which is quite good. The 2.5 litre engine of the vehicle will be available only in 4x2 with manual transmission while the 3.0 litre engine will be available in 4x2 and 4x4 with automatic transmission. It is expected to offer better performance in terms of acceleration, pick up and fuel efficiency.
The Endeavour 2014 will have an excellent braking and suspension mechanisms in which the rear will be fitted with a new suspension which is expected to replace the current vehicles archaic leaf spring set up. The vehicle will be packed with lot of safety features including voice command, SYNC, hill assist, ABS, a full quota of airbags and many more.
