In the LA motor show, the new Hyundai Sonata was revealed. Adding, the car is the Asian and American version of the Sonata even though the Europe-bound version will appear considerably different. In late 2010, the new Sonata may be called the i40 in Europe and will enter the sale in the UK. For Europe, the front and rear ends of the i40 will be entirely altered and the car will be comprehensively re-engineered to outfit European choices.

The company anticipates the car to be close to or class-leading in each department such as emissions, handling, ride and so on, however it symbols it out is that it will sell on its looks as well as all its other aspects, said a spokesman from Hyundai spokesman. In the year 2011, the European sales are anticipated to start with an estate version, with saloon and hatch models. Sources said that the engine will include the ‘R’ diesels with a series of small petrol and diesel engines.
