PX-MiEV plu-in hybrid crossover concept has got displayed by Mitsubishi before its authorized release at the Tokyo motor show.

Further, the four-wheel drive concept is motorized by two permanent magnet synchronous electric motors (one at the front and one at the rear) that have a combined output of 80bhp. And the motors turns out 147lb ft of torque.

Also the power comes from a 1.6-litre petrol engine that can power the front wheels and act as a generator in addition. Adding it has the power output of 114bhp and it can outcome 92lb ft of torque.

Moreover at low speeds, its lithium-ion battery powers the front motor and on snow, ice and other rough terrains both motors are powered to facilitate its four-wheel drive mode.

The i-MiEV Cargo has also got displayed by Mitsubishi that is a van based on its all-electric i-MiEV city car.
