Facelifted Mazda RX8 at the Frankfurt Motor Show

The European release of the facelifted Mazda RX-8 has got publicized by Mazda. At the Frankfurt Motor Show in the month of September, the 2010 model year RX-8 will take center stage.
The modifications that are made include a new front bumper, new headlights, and LEDs incorporated into the rear lights. Adding, the front brings the car more in line with the Mazda 3 and Mazda 6. The triangular form is observed in the red reflector at the base of the rear bumper even though the fatigue tips are round. Also Mazda is using new side skirts and new 19-inch alloy wheels as well.
Below the top, the Mazda will exercise the 1.3-liter rotary engine that provides 231 hp and 211 Nm which is not changed. For improved efficiency, the engine has a second knock sensor. The car can arrive at 100 km/h in 6.4 seconds with the six-speed manual and it tops out at 234 km/h (145 mph). With the 2011 Mazda RX-7 the new engine choice may be provided and it is not finalized yet.
The Recaro sport seats are provided and that combine black cloth and leather. Further, a novel instrument cluster, steering wheel, and sound system are added and Bluetooth functionality in addition.
The price details are not released yet however it could be as high as €38,000 in Germany with the addition of tax also.
