Nano set for 2012 US launch

It is made sure from Tata Motors that it will release the Nano in the US within a period of three years.

In the previous week, the company chairman Ratan Tata said in the US University and then a US representative for the Indian manufacturer, David Good confirmed the date in which the car will be released.

By the year 2012 the Nano will enter into US and it will satisfy with the standards and emissions of North America, he added.

With the help of Jaguar and Land Rover dealerships or by forming a new dealership network the company will distribute Nano, said Good.

Further in the year 2011 a European version of the Nano will be entering. Adding the cost of the car will be about £1500 and after the results of a lottery it will get started in the coming month.
