Alfa Romeo publicized that it will introduce its Mito GTA at the Geneva motor show in March.
The Alfa Mito GTA holds a 240bhp 1.8-litre turbocharged petrol engine and maintains the standard of Mito range with the electronic Q2 technology to ape a mechanical limited-slip gap.
Alfa upholds that the GTA is going to place a new performance yardstick for the brand. Further, the novel Alfa Mito GTA is based on the similar keystone as the Fiat Punto Abarth.
For this hardcore hatch weight cutback is the key one. Mito GTA will receive further lightweight materials such as carbon fibre and aluminium to meet our strategy of reducing the weight from all our automobiles in the upcoming periods.
The styling is going to take much more the hostile appearance with scorched wheel arches, added defined lines and new contrasting color schemes to craft the Mito appear to be like a racing car.
As the pious heir to the Alfa 147 GTA, the Mito will catch on the Mini John Cooper Works in the time it goes on sale in the summer.
The Alfa Mito GTA will hold 31bhp more compared to the hottest Mini. The prices also emasculate the Mini JCW by to the extent of £2000.
