Audi A7 concept to debut at Detroit Motor Show

Audi is preparing to premier its upcoming A7 four-door coupe in concept form on next month’s Detroit Auto Show. It is a highly anticipated model from Audi which is set to join the other brand debuts like R8 5.2 TFSI supercar, Q5 compact crossover, A6 sedan and sporty TTS.

They are planning to show a closest visual yet as to what the final production model willl look like,The base model A7 has the new supercharged 3.0L V-6. Mercedes-Benz where the essential founders of the four-door coupe market segment and its CLS, though Volkswagen wasn’t far behind, offering its budget-priced 2009 COTY contender, the Passat CC. The new car likely to be displayed in three engine configurations, as it follows: a 2.8-liter producing 204 horsepower, a 3.0-liter 300 horsepower and a 4.2-liter V7 400 horsepower. Moreover, Audi may also unveil an RS variant equipped with a 5.2-liter V10 unit producing 600 horsepower.

The rumour has that the new Audi A7 may also come with a choice of three transmissions, namely a six-speed manual, a dual-clutch seven-speed DSG and a seven-speed automatic. We will be updating you with more informations.Stay tuned to us.
