am selling my hero honda hunk to a dealer who buys seconds bikes for exchange. he said he ll not trnsfer bike on to his name. he ll give me a stamp paper regd sales with day of purchase on it. n bike ll be trnsferred on to buyers name once he sells it to third party (it takes a month, he says). am worried abt misuse of this vehicle once i give it to him n worried abt challans coming to my house. hw can i avoid this? pls suggest. is the stamp paper given by him valid? pls help soon.
