Range Rover Evoque, the SUV of the British car manufacturer Land Rover was launched in India in November 2011. It is available in both petrol and diesel engine options. Both the engines of Evoque are mated to a six-speed auto and power all four wheels. Land Rover offers the Evoque as a three-door coupe and as a five-door SUV. The coupe version of Evoque is available only in the top-end Dynamic variant and is priced Rs.72.08 lakhs. It is powered by a 2.0-litre petrol engine which delivers a power of 237bhp. Evoque’s five-door SUV version is powered by a 2.2-litre turbo-diesel engine pumping out a power of 187bhp and is available in three trim levels namely Pure, Prestige and Dynamic. Pure is the base variant of Evoque while the Prestige and the Dynamic are the mid-level and the top-end variants. All the three variants are equipped with a lot of goodies which include Range Rover’s Terrain Response off-road system, electric adjust front seats, fixed panoramic glass roof, luxury interior and exterior styling kit and so on. The Pure variant is priced Rs.56.91 lakhs while the Dynamic variant is priced Rs.64.73 lakhs.
