KTM India has plans to bring out the RC motorcycle,for which the delivery is under the process.The intention to bring slipper clutch as a bold additional kit,is mainly to promote a road-friendly ride to the buyers.Usually,usage of slipper clutch has became a tradition in Moto racing motorcycle.Mostly the high performance motorcycles will make use of this slipper clutch,while it’s usage is limited since it is found to be available only with few bikes like the Yamaha R1, Suzuki Hayabusa and the Honda VFR1200F. Presence of slipper clutch in a bike makes it distinct from other bikes that doesn’t found to possess the slipper clutch.It makes us to feel that something speciality lies in the functionality of the slipper clutch.Usually with the use of the normal clutches,the appliance of the braking is supplied to the rear wheel via shaft drive,that makes the rear wheel to lose its traction.While the slipper clutch which is also termed as back torque limiter clutch will control the rear wheel against locking in during downshifts,thus avoiding the rear wheel in losing its traction.Thus helps the riders to feel stable even under heavy braking.So the provision of KTM RC series with the slipper clutch would really going to double the happiness of the buyers.
