Kawasaki updates Ninja 650 with new shade

Kawasaki has updated their Ninja 650R with a new shade. It offers two shades – black and green. It has updated the model which gets green colour. Now the green model gets their shade only in some parts like fuel tank, tail section and front fairing while the remaining parts get matt black. The updated model gets Anti-lock Braking System which is an important update of the bike.

It measures 2110mm in length, 770mm in width and 1180mm in height. The wheelbase of Ninja 650R is 1410mm while the ground clearance is 130mm. It includes 120mm telescopic fork suspension at the front and single offset laydown shock with 7 step adjustable suspension at the rear.

Ninja 650R is powered by 649cc, four stroke, DDHC, 8 valve, parallel twin BS III engine with 6 speed gearbox. The engine can churn out maximum power output of 72.1PS at 8500rpm and maximum torque output of 64Nm at 7500rpm. Braking duty is done by dual 300mm tripe petal disc with two piston calipers at the front and single 220mm petal disc brake with single piston caliper at rear.
