The Programmed Fuel Injection is the first of its kind in the Hero Honda bike inventory. The technology is sourced from Honda from its Japanese operations. This actually reduces the fuel consumption and emissions together. But the hurting disadvantage being that Glamour requires Unleaded Petrol that is scarcely available in India. A number of five sensors calculate the optimum fuel injection which reduce consumption as well as fuel consumption. You will also be made aware of the fuel consumed for the last 10 seconds and the relative distance you have travelled. Drum Brakes, Alloy and Kick starters are some of the features of this variant.

Glamour FI is giving 86 kmpl in highway with Economy speed mentioned for each i.e 40 to 50 kmph. Rout - Bandlaguda to Cyber Gateway via - Tippukhan Bridge, Narsingi, Gachhibowli. I have purchased Glamour FI in July 29 in phonix showroom in Hitech City near to Cyber Gateway. I am testing it continuously. From that day onwards it is giving 80 plus mileage. For the first 535 kms it used 10 lts of petrol. After 1st service at 535 kms. 5 lts - 405 km, next 5 lts - 410, next 5 lts - 400, next 5 lts - 420 kms and next 5 lts 430 kms. i.e For Total 2055 kms it used 25 lts of petrol.
